Refund Policy

At Repairix, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that show signs of use, damage, or improper handling.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
